Portrait of Kylie Patch

Hi, I'm Kylie.

I'm a mom and a wife first, everything else comes after that. But professionally, I've spent the last four years in telecom - starting in customer service and working my way into implementation coordination. I'm the person who makes sure your installation actually happens on time, your onboarding doesn't stall, and the teams behind the scenes are actually talking to each other.

I care about the details that most people skip - the follow-up email, the process doc nobody wants to write, the extra call to make sure an install date holds. I've always believed that if you take care of people, the rest works itself out.

What I care about outside of work.

Family is everything

I'm a wife and a mom. That's my foundation. Everything I do professionally is to build something stable for my family. I put the people I love first, always.

Giving back

I volunteer at food banks when I can, and I always keep something in the car for people who need it. I've been lucky enough to have help when I needed it, so I try to pass that along.

Photography & art

I take my camera on morning walks and I sketch when I have a quiet moment. I'm better at it than I let on - I just don't like showing off. It's for me.

Books and games

I'm always reading something. I also play games on PC - yes, really. It's how I unwind after everyone's asleep.

Scary movies

Horror is my comfort genre. The scarier the better. If it has practical effects and a VHS release, I've probably seen it twice.

Be kind, rewind.

I have a VHS collection I cherish - Jaws, Gremlins, E.T., The Goonies, the classics. There's something about that era that stuck with me. The way a movie felt like an event. The cover art. Having to actually rewind. I'll take a worn-out tape over a streaming queue any day.
